Delete your Arcora account

In the app

Open Settings, tap Delete Account at the bottom, type DELETE and confirm. Stop any charging session first.

Without the app

Email support@rootrsoftware.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm by email once it's done.

What is deleted

• Your profile and sign-in
• Your saved cards, held by Stripe
• Saved chargers on your phone

What is kept

Charging networks keep receipts for past sessions as their financial records require.
